PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: - $50 deposit is due at time of booking per diem clinic day. Deposit will be deducted from $199 cost of clinic day. - Buy package of 3 clinic days for $500 and save $47. - Please remember that your Pure Skin Mentor had set aside clinic time just for you. For cancellations with short notice, this appointment time is not always able to be filled and is a loss of time and income for your mentor. - Any cancellation and/or refund request initiated by the student must be made by email to hello@pureskinpc.com. - Cancellations/reschedules with 72 hour notice, deposit will be fully refunded. With packages not requiring deposit, student will incur a $50 charge. - Cancellation/reschedule with less than 72 hours notice will not be refunded the $50 deposit. With packages not requiring deposit, student will incur a $50 charge. - Late arrival of the student or model of greater than 15 minutes will be considered a cancellation/no show under 72 hours. - Clinic Day No-Shows by student or model will be considered a cancellation under 72 hours.
MODELS FOR SUPERVISED PROCEDURES All students must provide their own models for their clinic days. You are able to charge your model to offset your clinic day costs.
WHAT DOES A CLINIC DAY LOOK LIKE? - Student arrives 15 min prior to the model. - 15 min for set up, prep, procedure review and Q&A. - Model will sign consent on day of service. - One hour supervised procedure with model. - 15 min clean up and Q&A
